Grateful. But is not duplicate:

href="show_bug.cgi?id=98144">Bug 98144</a> is not about ineligible Cell DropDownList of columns smaller
than 22pt.
3- It has not been answered since 2016.
4- This screenshot of <a class="bz_bug_link
bz_status_NEW "
title="NEW - list validation menus sometimes too small"
href="show_bug.cgi?id=98144">Bug 98144</a> does not show how Cell DropDownList of columns
less than 22pt are ineligible.
