As the script does not shut down LO afterwards, a user who opens LO immediately post langpack install will not see the newly installed language in their interface language options: LO has never rebuilt the list of available interface languages by restarting. There is thus also need for full LO shutdown post langpack install so it gets a chance to reload the available options before the user (still manually) makes the choice.
