Positioning a new term and command at the expense of existing labels is disruptive--Centered and Center are already difficult for l10n (but IIUC we have to have different names as they are different actions). The icons when shown help. A combined "equidistant" centering should be placed at the end after a separator. But yes for a change to "Middle" for the vertical (needing PO action).
