Image showing difference between light and dark theme

While viewing row numbers and column letters is easy in a light theme such as
Adwaita it is less clear when a user has a dark theme such as Adwaita-dark.

I would favor having a uniform color derived from the user's gtk/qt theme
without the need for a step gradient effect. Thanks!</pre>
