        <pre>Description:
Measurement units in the 'File'->'Print' dialog are always in mm, regardless of
the application's unit settings.
All other dialogs (page setup, column width, row height, image position & size,
etc.) seem to follow the application's unit setting.

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Start Libre Office Calc or Writer
2. Set Application's 'Measurement Unit' to 'Inch'
3. Go to File -> Print
4. Observe measurement units on preview pane and in 'Paper size' dropdown

Actual Results:
measurement units are displayed metric

Expected Results:
measurement units should follow the application settings

Reproducible: Always

User Profile Reset: Yes
