<pre>We have some ui files containing the menu (see
<a href="https://opengrok.libreoffice.org/search?project=core&full=%22_Add+to+Dictionary%22&defs=&refs=&path=&hist=&type=&si=full">https://opengrok.libreoffice.org/search?project=core&full=%22_Add+to+Dictionary%22&defs=&refs=&path=&hist=&type=&si=full</a>).
But after adding the menuitem entry you also have to link it with the actual
UNO command (see
<a href="https://opengrok.libreoffice.org/xref/core/editeng/source/editeng/editview.cxx?r=71b660a2#847">https://opengrok.libreoffice.org/xref/core/editeng/source/editeng/editview.cxx?r=71b660a2#847</a>,
for example). So it's not simply editing an XML file but some C++ code.</pre>
