<pre>I don't understand clicking on a col/row header as an inconvenience. In fact it
is just one click versus two for the menu. We would have to introduce new
commands, which bloats the API further with detriment on maintenance what makes
me reluctant to agree here. Accessibility would be an argument...</pre>
