Toggling the scroll lock is not being properly detected while "calc" window is
selected.
If the user switches to other window and then comes back to "calc", the scroll
lock is detected properly.
Steps to Reproduce:
1. make sure scroll lock is not activated
2. press the scroll lock button in a physical keyboard
3. navigate using the arrow keys
4. switch to other window
5. come back to the original "calc window"
6. navigate using the arrow keys
7. press the scroll lock button in a physical keyboard
8. navigate using the arrow keys
9. switch to other window
10. come back to the original "calc window"
11. navigate using the arrow keys
Actual Results:
3. scroll lock is detected as not activated
6. scroll lock is detected as activated
8. scroll lock is detected as activated
11. scroll lock is detected as not activated
