<pre>Description:
File links in DOCX documents are broken in Word after export when the filename
contains non-ASCII characters.
Steps to Reproduce:
1. Create a new document in Microsoft Word 2016.
2. On the Insert tab, click Hyperlink.
3. Click Existing File or Web Page under Link to
4. Choose a filename which contains non-ASCII characters in the Look in
list or the Current Folder list.
5. Click on OK button.
6. Save the file as DOCX.
7. Open the same file in LibreOffice Writer and save it as DOCX.
8. Close the file.
9. Open the file in MSO.
10. Ctrl+Click the link.
Actual Results:
The hyperlink doesn’t work.
Expected Results:
The hyperlink should work in Word after export.
