<pre>My coworkers would really appreciate it if they would be able to show bookmarks
without changing the layout like it happens when one enables field names. They
often delete bookmarks in a 2000+ pages document without even noticing it. The
bookmarks are there for the subject catalog at the end of the document. This
especially happens if a bookmark is at the beginning of a paragraph.
I think it would be enough to make bookmarks visible like variable setters,
non-breaking spaces or somehow similar.</pre>
