<pre>AFAIK, "Numbering Off" is a different command than the numbering styles but
would be required to toggle on/off with those. Not an easy hack, right Maxim?
And for the question whether to show or not, I vote for having it at both
places. Actually the current radio buttons list of styles has none activated,
which is wrong usability wise.</pre>
