However my frustration with the lack of movement should have been attached to 61850 which I reported and documented back in March 2013! Unfortunately I'm not a coder so cannot help to fix, but since the ability to export PDF forms was a strength in Open Office over MS Office, then I would have though fixing this bug in Libre Office would be a priority.
