Description:
"Help --> Check for Updates" has always told me that my current version of
LibreOffice is up to date even if there is a new version publicly available on
https://www.libreoffice.org.

For example right now, it says to me "LibreOffice 6.2 is up to date" while
there is v6.2.7 available on the website ("LibreOffice --> About LibreOffice"
states I have v6.2.6.2).

>From memory, "Help --> Check for Updates" has never worked for me, either on
macOS or Windows10 and either for enterprise editions or technologist
enthusiast editions.

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Go to "Help --> Check for Updates"

Actual Results:
Latest version is never suggested

Expected Results:
Latest version available on https://www.libreoffice.org should eventually be
suggested in LibreOffice app

Reproducible: Always

User Profile Reset: No
