(Sort of) reproducible on 6.3.1 on Windows 10.
On my version of LO, the Chinese conversion of cell B2 succeeds, but the
opration doesn't stop, instead the focus seems to keep going to the next cell
to the right, then wrap to the the first cell of the next row when it reaches
the end, and doesn't stop. Press Ctrl-S and the "Save as..." dialog pops up
and stops it, and one can go back to cell B2 to check that conversion indeed
succeeded.
It also seems to only happen to freshly-created spreadsheet. Once the bug is
triggered and stopped, subsequent Chinese conversion works fine.
Version: 6.3.1.2 (x64)

CPU threads: 2; OS: Windows 10.0; UI render: default; VCL: win;
Locale: zh-CN (zh_CN); UI-Language: en-US
Calc: threaded
NOT reproducible on 6.2.7 on Windows 10.
