        <pre>The 'ch' and 'line' units are being picked up from Tools -> Options -> Language
Settings -> Languages when an entry is made in the Asian check box for 'Default
Languages for Documents'.

When unchecked use of 'Western' or 'CTL' locales will not offer those units in
the 'Indents and Spacing' tabs of either the Paragrah... dialog or the Styles
and Formatting deck of the Sidebar.

It was already like that for the 5.3.7 builds, so not sure how far back the
change enabling Asian 'Default languages for Documents' occurred.</pre>
