This was marked regression, probably due to worse paste.
Now in 6.4+ we are back as it was in OO. And that means first issue is
resolved.
But it's not OK, numbering doesn't continue in RTF paste, unlike simple paste.
So let's convert this bug to continuous numbering.</pre>
