<pre>It's a special problem of the attached document from Elmar. If you set
Format/Page/Sheet/Scale to Reduce/enlarge printout 100%
the page break will work.
If it will be set to 70% the width of the page will show the whole content in
A4-landscape and the page break.
Also "Fit print range(s) to width/height" and setting the width to 1 page will
give the expected result. The height shouldn't be selected here.
All other formatting of Scale won't work, because it will set the page height
also.</pre>
