Hi Stuart, The code pointers given are for displaying the shortcut keys next to the Dock and Undock menu items in the Sidebar tab bar configuration popup menu. It won't solve the problem of sometimes not being able to drag dock. I have also experienced this but at the moment can not repro. I will make an enhancement report and give the code pointers there and these comments that don't directly pertain to the solution can be hidden if that would be better.
