On KDE if you try to save file with cyrillic, greek, japanese or chinese
letters it will be saved as ?????.doc
Also if you try to open file with cyrillic, greek, japanese or chinese letters
you get error that file is not found.
Steps to Reproduce:
1. Create new document on Linux with KDE
2. Save it with non-latin name, for example "Эдисон"
3. Look at the beautiful ??????'s in a filename
Actual Results:
File name is ??????.odt
Expected Results:
Эдисон.odt
Reproducible: Always
User Profile Reset: No
OpenGL enabled: Yes
Additional Info:
Tested it on Debian 10 with KDE, Neon 5.17.2, Xununtu 18.10 and Mint with
Cinnamon.
Bug appears only in KDE based distros</pre>
