"Add more tips" is not so much different (and the discussion started with the
idea of module specific tips). But feel free to adjust the summary.
> 2. Is there a place to get an overview of existing tips?

Just put the interesting things in a short tip.
> 4. Maybe there is an advantage to make separate bugs for separate modules

See my comment 8 (not opposing the idea to make it specific).
> 5. Maybe it is possible to "advertise" on the Libreoffice webpage (e.g., a

It's hard work to compile useful tips - and to not loose the overview of what's
included.
