<pre>I hit Ctrl-Shit-e in an existing document. I expect to have no visual feedback
of this, but instead an underlined e appears. As if by activating track
changes, the e is considered typed as well. But then elsewhere, no changes are
tracked. And sometimes the e disappears again. Very weird.
Unable to fix this by activating track changes by mouse via the menu.</pre>
