<pre>I realise this report is for Linux, but I have a similar problem with:

Procedure:
1. Help->Restart in Safe Mode
2. Choose "Continue in Safe Mode"
Result:
1. Starts in Safe mode.
2. No obvious way to return to "Normal mode"
Expect: Obvious way to return to "Normal mode"</pre>
