        <pre>Description:
Libre Office 6.3.3 update is unable to open desktop files under any mode except
READ ONLY.   It is unable to make backup files to the desktop.  I have checked
and desktop is set with "read only" attribute OFF, so that shouldn't be a
problem.

Unsure whether this is a problem with the latest Libre update or the latest
Windows update... as they both occurred the same day.

Actual Results:
"The lock file could not be created for exclusive access by LibreOffice due to
missing permission to create a lock file on that file location or lack of free
disk space."

(I have plenty of free disk space)

Expected Results:
desktop .odt file should open under Libre Office, no hitches

Reproducible: Always

User Profile Reset: No
