<pre>I do not understand why issue 5 is not a bug issue. My productive odt.
document, which shows all the issues described above, has chapter headings with
numbers and a Table of Figures and a Bibliography - the names of these indexes
should not have numbers in the TOC (because they are no normal chapters) and
should be displayed there at the left edge of the text area - for me this is a
bug.
And it is not possible to resolve parts of the descriptions of issue 1 to 4 by
changing the paragraph styles "Content 1", "Content 2" and "Content 3".</pre>
