Documentation still says "Returns the fully qualified name of the UNOIDL
entity." and it returns just the name.

Isn't it about time someone did something about this? Someone in the LO dev
team must have changed the code without documenting it or (presumably) checking
that it didn't break anything (which it did).</pre>
