<pre>Suggestion to include 'Default' in Custom Styles (& Applied Styles)

In the styles sidebar you can choose Custom Styles. Generally this is the one I
(and I am sure others) would want to be permanently up if you use styles.
However, it needs to include the Default style as well, and because it doesn't
you're constantly having to switch out of it just to use the default style, and
then come back, which is a greatly annoying and regular procedure.
The simplest procedure would be just to include Default in the custom styles
list when Custom is chosen.
In fact, you probably want Default on the Applied Styles too where it otherwise
only seems to appear once applied. I think it would be of no inconvenience to
anyone to show it and of immense benefit.
