<pre>Updated to latest Intel DCH driver, 26.20.100.7463 (2019-11-14) still crashes
for OpenGL rendered transistions.

Found a similar issue reported on Lenovo forums, by a dev in Germany with
similar ig9icd64.dll related crash issues with Windows 10 running OpenGL on
Intel HD Graphics 620. Posts up source for a toy program to demonstrate the
crash in the OpenGL context makeCurrent() calls.
