A) When you add "= aaa bbb" content to the cell that have "Number" format, it will be processed as formula. B) When you add the same content to the cell that have "Text" format, it will be processed as literal text. C) But when you change the format from "Number" to "Text" and vice versa, the content will *not* be changed.
