"disabled because chapter numbering and paragraph style don't match"; actually
since the reason why we disable is not perfectly clear to me. Likely because of
the circular dependency.
"Numbering Style" is hopefully a dying tab, see <a class="bz_bug_link
bz_status_NEW "
title="NEW - Revamp the Bullets and Numbering dialog"
href="show_bug.cgi?id=120905">bug 120905</a> and patch
<a href="https://gerrit.libreoffice.org/c/core/+/70765">https://gerrit.libreoffice.org/c/core/+/70765</a>. But of course, the disabled
controls are not really a prototype of good usability.</pre>
