No, it is pretty clear that fixing <a class="bz_bug_link
bz_status_NEW "
title="NEW - [NEWHELP] Handle <ahelp> tags in the UI"

<AHELP> tagged content) would be expected to restore the Extended tips and F1
'Whats this' behavior.</pre>
