<pre>Description:
LibreOffice has duplicate entries of the File, Tools, and Help menu items in
the Global Menu Bar on Ubuntu Mate. The duplicate entries aren't functional.
The proper menu items are still present and functional. This bug only occurs
when starting by opening LibreOffice, then choosing 'Create Writer Document'.
This bug does not occur when you directly launch LibreOffice Writer or create a
new Text Document from the toolbar. I have attached a screenshot.
Steps to Reproduce:
1.Open LibreOffice, but not LibreOffice Writer or Impress directly.
2.Select 'Create Writer Document'
3.Duplicate menu items should appear in global menu bar.
Actual Results:
Duplicate menu bar items appear
Expected Results:
There should only be one entry for the File, Tools, and Help menu bar items.
Reproducible: Always
User Profile Reset: Yes
OpenGL enabled: Yes
