This patch places content of the dialog in collapsed expanders so we have a
solution for users with small screens. My reasoning was:
* Print range (with all and a defined range) is the most relevant choice
* Keep the list of radio buttons tied
* Page dimension (A4) and orientation (portrait/landscape) are used to verify
the printout
* Number of copies is not always used
* Pages per sheet etc. is advanced stuff
