Add any hyperlink to a text component in .ODT (hotkey: ctrl+K) will correctly
make text blue and underline it.
Once converting to .DOC (via save as..), closing the document, and reopening it
as the .DOC file, loses the hyperlink color and underline.
Steps to Reproduce:
1. CTRL+K add hyperlink to text in .ODT file
2. save as.. .DOC
3. close document
4. open .DOC document
Actual Results:
no underline nor blue color for hyperlink
Expected Results:
underline and blue color
Reproducible: Always
