The user has to mark EVERY page in an entry range. e.g. 1,2,3,4,5, makes 1-5. * "Show first and last page, eg. 10-15" The user only has to mark the FIRST and LAST page of a range to make the hyphen show. e.g. 1,5, makes 1-5.
