This resolves <a class="bz_bug_link bz_status_NEW " title="NEW - Allow selecting contents of sections via Navigator" href="show_bug.cgi?id=105600">bug 105600</a> and <a class="bz_bug_link bz_status_NEW " title="NEW - Ability to Quickly Get Word Count of Sections Using Navigator" href="show_bug.cgi?id=63967">bug 63967</a>. Selection of content in the document for collapsed chapters includes all sub chapters.
