In Romanian "electrica" doesn't mean something, but it is a national energy company with that name. In fact the most used word is "electrică", except the case from above. So, for this cases is better to be changed to "electrică". The single way to write ELECTRICA is to Check "NONE - Don not check spelling" from the bottom. About the "8" number I supose this have to do with setting the cell to be text.
