Strange, in my system LibreOffice refuses to start at all with:
export SAL_USE_VCLPLUGIN=gen soffice
export SAL_USE_VCLPLUGIN=gtk3 soffice
but it starts with
SAL_USE_VCLPLUGIN=gen soffice
SAL_USE_VCLPLUGIN=gtk3 soffice
and I see that GUI is a bit different (thus variable was passed).</pre>
