<pre>Consider also transient inaccessibility situations, when a local file (say, on
a flash drive) is unmounted, and gets removed because of inaccessibility, then
gets mounted. It might even happen while start center is open - so what should
LO do then? constantly track all drives and all files there?
WONTFIX IMO.</pre>
