It depends on your operating system. In Windows 10 click on Settings and search
for "environment variables".
Find more about environment variables in
<a href="https://wiki.openoffice.org/wiki/Environment_Variables">https://wiki.openoffice.org/wiki/Environment_Variables</a>. But I don't know, how
much is still working in LibreOffice.
