        <pre>Description:
The user copies the text from any app. Second, users can't paste into a
LibreOffice document opened via a Web browser. Then, it is pointed out that an
on-screen keyboard should be used, but the on-screen keyboard does not exist.
That is, the user can't paste.

Steps to Reproduce:
1.Copy some text from iOS app.
2.Open the document with Writer or Calc by iOS web browser.
3.Try to paste with a long press(touch).

Actual Results:
A white background panel appears from below. The iOS pop-up menu is not
displayed.
There is only "paste" there. When the user touches the paste, the following
issue is displayed.
"Plese use the copy/paste buttons on your on-screen keyboard."
Other than that, nothing is displayed, not only the keyboard but also the
operation icons. Only the OK button is displayed. In other words, users can't
paste.
User can copy and paste within LibreOffice without any problems.

Expected Results:
If user select "Paste" as in the iOS pop-up menu, the contents of the clipboard
will be inserted.

Reproducible: Always

User Profile Reset: No

OpenGL enabled: Yes
