<pre>I can understand this might be difficult to implement. A compromise could be a
function to momentarily select the row and/or column of the current cell.
It could be a shortcut you press to highlight the row and/or column for one
second, or it could highlight the row/column for an instant each time you press
the left/up or right/down arrow.</pre>
