        <pre>We discussed the topic in the design meeting and agree with the request.
If the comment has a complex formatting like <red>ABC</red><blue>DEF</blue> it
could simply take the format from the first letter (which is what MSO does).

Interestingly the copy format function works not on complex cell formatting,
not only the comment.</pre>
