I'm adding the mso-highlight color palette for LO in this patch: <a href="https://gerrit.libreoffice.org/c/core/+/90905">https://gerrit.libreoffice.org/c/core/+/90905</a> It contains those colors which are supported by MSO highlight feature and these colors are expected to be exported to MSO formats without conversion.
