<pre>I see you reported using 2020-03-26 daily build. I recall these days I
encountered the same issue under Linux - I was building the bibisect repo
myself with a automatic script, everything worked fine before, but one day
recently it showed error message telling me in order to use nss support I need
to install ninja-build. I installed ninja-build, then everything goes fine.
I don't know this on windows.But I see the following commit

build nss using gyp+ninja also on Windows
