        <pre>Since the user was able to fix the issue by running Repair option of the
install process, I am marking the issue as closed unless the issue re-surfaces
or we get more reports of missing shell shortcuts on more systems. 

Regarding, whether an update should also run the installation repair process
first, I am not sure if that's a norm. May be experienced contributors can
chime in.

User is requesting access to a shell shortcut to create ODM document type which
is an enhancement.

Severity level changed to Enhancement.
Bug status changed to New.</pre>
