Table of error/succes on export modes

(Some?) vector image filter can not export empty documents, but the error
message is too general. Because similar export actions to other formats do
work, this looks like an error in the export filter.
This may be by design or for technical reasons, but from the user side this is
not obvious.
I did a batch of testing before I noticed it seemed to be only vector shapes
that gave this error.

How to reproduce:
Start LO draw document, do not save. Export>choose file format>export.
Add shape to the document: do not save. Export>choose file format>export.
(repeat actions after saving)

Export to       Windows empty   Windows content         Linux empty     linux
Content   Linux saved empty       windows saved empty
PDF             success                                 N/A
GIF             fail (empty)    success (with content)  fail            success
        fail                    fail
BMP             success                                 success         success
PNG             fail (empty)    success (with content)  Fail,           success
        fail                    Fail
WMF             success                                 success         success

SVG             success         success+fail            success         success

As stated in related earlier bug report, the error message should be updated

Suggested improvement for error message:

"warning, you are trying to export an empty document. Vector shapes do not
support this"
