<pre>I went ahead and marked this WONTFIX. This was explicitly enabled for the last
time in commit 8b2a9a37306a7febf28e419280d1782ff230761a and we should not go
back and forth toggling defaults each release.
Andreas, this is not a design bug; this is an accessibility feature.</pre>
