marker formatting was added in Writer, but it's only used by DOCX filters
currently.
currently only hard formatting is supported; DOCX allows setting
character-style as well.
see TODO comment in DomainMapper_Impl::finishParagraph(); comment indicates
there's already a test document for it.</pre>
