<pre>Description:
An error occurred when trying to open the integrated online help.
It seems that it is invoked a help system different (the old one) than the new
browser-based one.
Steps to Reproduce:
1. Start LibreOffice, choose one component
2. Try to open the help through the menu Help > LibreOffice Guide or press F1
3.
Actual Results:
The Help interface opens and give the following error:
"Object not accessible.
The object cannot be accessed
due to insufficient user rights."
Expected Results:
The Help should be displayed correctly. The Help should be open inside the
predefined browser of the system (Firefox in my specific case) and not the
"object".
Reproducible: Always
User Profile Reset: No
