First, the attachment of modal dialogs must be disabled (note: the setting disables it globally for all applications!) In a Terminal: gsettings set org.gnome.mutter attach-modal-dialogs false Alternative: Use gnome-tweaks: Windows -> Attach Modal Dialogs = off When now the print dialog is shown, the movement can be activated with ALT+F7. Use the UP key afterwards to move the window upwards until the buttons are visible. Confirm with ENTER key.
